With extensive experience in pet care and a reputation for patience, enthusiasm, and reliability, Artemizia Walker-Chinoy has built a career around helping dogs thrive. Artemizia “Zia” Walker-Chinoy is the chief dog whisperer behind Walker's Walks & Pet Care, a Berkeley-based pet care practice she has operated since 2013. Her services include dog walking, pet sitting, behavior training, and guidance for owners of difficult or recently adopted pets.

Over the years, Ms. Walker-Chinoy has worked with a broad range of animals and has developed a special ability to recognize individual needs and limitations. Her previous experience includes socializing abused dogs at the Milo Foundation and assisting with training at Metro Dog. While working at Mudpuppy's, she focused on caring for geriatric and medication-dependent dogs.
